This module enables you to plot the development of any process and identify the unnecessary controls that are associated with that process. It also enables you to incrementally improve that process over time.

By the end of this module you will be able to:

  • Identify a snake, or a cumbersome work process.
  • Identify the ideal in that process.
  • Identify and remove the superfluous controls.
  • Sequence the removal of non-superfluous controls.
  • Identify the means and the ability requirements that associated with the removal of other, non-superfluous controls.
